Guy bitching about the blindingly bright lightning spells here, I think I found the issue. I have no idea how to fix it. I thought switching the enbbloom files with a different set would help, but it has not. These bloom settings are from Tony's Kountervibe, though it happens with other bloom files/presets as well.

No, it does not. In fact, at .000, lightning is black, and .001 is enough to hide it. But, the thing is, it's not just spells that use that variable; with such a low Zero-Pass, everything looks dark and disgusting. And I can't find a middle-ground; even at .1, lightning blacks out my vision while failing to provide the world with light.

I called this a long time ago, 0Sex fags refused to accept it. It's too much work for one or two guys to keep up with it. It simply can't compete with SexLab, but it was nice in the fact that it provided a more 'intimate' method of foreplay. Too bad. It's not that I hated the mod at all, but the 0Sex shills were pretty fucking unbearable.
Working on MOBootstrap, my Mod Organizer bootstrap tool that downloads preset packages and installs them along with MO, ENB Manager, Save Game Script Cleaner, and a few others. It then configures MO to accept all these things and orders them. The idea is to make a tool that can download a minimal set of mods for newbies. Even supports FOMODs.
Over the past couple of days, I refactored the shit out of MOBootstrap so the API's a bit simpler, and so I can move towards making it a righteous apt-style package manager with support for external websites and Steam Workshop, and to autoupdate mods, a feature that MO doesn't have, yet.

then it's not that it's being overwritten, but more likely that it's not being properly overwritten. do you use other bv mods? throne room (iirc) is suppose to overwrite it along with one or two other mods. I have like 3-4 mods that are SUPPOSE to overwite it. So if you're not overwritting it properly then bv will break on you.
Re-check your bv related mods (anything vampire really) and go over their installation insructions again with a fine tooth comb.

I know how ya feel, most of ETaCs towns give me 30-40 fps, unless im looking at alot of npcs, but Dawnstar I get like 15-30 if im lucky. Rorikstead is a killer for me, not in frames but cause when I go into the inn I CTD, when I leave the inn I CTD, I dont even use the inns version of ETaC.
I really gotta make a new game one day, I know alot of this is abunch of bad scripts from when I first started this game.

I can tell you this though, I know it's a relatively common problem, and as I previously stated, I've assumed it's due to speed issues and scripting. The recommended 'fix' is to get the actor to equip something or to change the cell (i.e going from interior to exterior or vice versa which will force the follower to re-equip his items automatically).

basically, next time you reinstall, use MO, bite the bullet and take the plunge and adjust with the learning curve (it's not that bad) and the advantages are great. stick with what's working for now though, just next time, start with MO.

no problems on my end, and I have probably over 300 esp's at this point, over 3 dozen sexlab mods as well are running in my game.
why do you have a reference to banneredmare and east empire for you character though?
also, you stated before that your character isn't 'fully standalone', honestly, I'd say the people who are having issues have broken games and it's their own issues that are causing the bugs, either that or scripting like I mentioned before.

that's the beauty of MO, you're not scared of installing anything, if it breaks your game, you literally just untick and and go back, nothing is broken from it.
switching from nmm to mo is not an easy task. you have to start over, write down all your mods, re-download and install your mods.
on the plus side, your game will never 'break' again, you will only be enabling and disabling mods to find a combination that works for you without it 'breaking'. you will never have to backup your data folder (in fact your data folder will be empty, it will always be a 'fresh' install, only stuff like skse and enb's will get written to your actual skyrim folder (although with enb managers, enb may not even be part of that either, never used them so I don't know).

just open the esp in TES5Edit, open up the cell tree, you will find three entries, one for bee and barb, one for bannered mare and one for east empire. just delete the two you don't want, I found him in bee and barb (first place I checked), then I tp'd to bannered mare and ran around but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
These are likely just 'dirty edits', so deleting them is likely no big deal if YOU have no idea why they're there. They are easy to make in the CK, just by clicking the wrong thing you can create them. Nothing was changed from what I could tell, but I didn't do an extensive search on it. I'm guessing you're okay to just delete them, keep the bee and barb one.

Sorry, wish I could help out more, I don't know why some people are getting him undressed at times, I don't doubt that it's happening though, I've seen people complain about the same issue regarding followers but don't know what the proper 'fix' for it is. It seems random, for some followers it's because they didn't use an outfit and just placed the armor/clothing in their inventory, which doesn't get equipped, but that's not what's happening here, and I DO know that some people still get the follower naked even when it's done 'right' at times.
