try to make a bank preset with an elite clue scroll.
the clue scroll doesnt keep the same item icon, so the preset only withdraws the clue scroll if its the same type of clue used when you originally made the preset.
there's one clue scroll icon for compass clues, with the little grey bit sticking out of the bottom. then there is at least another icon for scan clues.

I really wished they changed dungeoneering. Remove level locked doors but instead add a penalty for trying to open doors that require a high level.
For example, you have 80 str and that door needs 102 str. Instead of saying, 'lol too bad' make it so that you get punished for trying to open it, like it takes multiple tries until it finally opens and the room gives lower exp. It wastes time and it makes the player think if it's worthwhile to open higher level doors or just continuing and ignoring it.

Oh and the fact that they only had one guy working on it until it hit beta, when they got two guys.
They'd have to redo every single model and texture in the game, unless they have hd ones stashed away, and the ones we see are downsampled versions.

Cost/reward problem.
Hair/Clothes/skin requires the playermodel rework, which was polled in the summer poll, so I'd imagine it might come with that.
And the second one is just a pain in the ass for them to do, especially because of the sheer amount of npcs, the fact that they don't have the dedicated resources to deal with voice actors, and the whole half of the playerbase having an autistic hatred for quests for no fucking reason whatsoever thing.

You do not know how much fucking work reworking all of runescape would take.
It's built off of ancient code, would probably require a rewrite to fix many of the problems, then updating the graphics on top of that, you're basically asking them to remake the entire game.

It IS viable to train using minigames. Hell, Pest Control and Soul Wars is the best xp/h in most combat skills for lower/mid levels. HOWEVER, the fact that the majority of players don't play it anymore makes it look like it's not worth doing.

You have to understand the historical development of dual wielding and t90s in RuneScape. For every combat style, dual wielding weapons were the first ones to be introduced into the game. T90s were the first significant weapons to be introduced into the game after Evolution of Combat, the most significant combat update this game has ever seen, was released. All of these factors have a role to play in the prices of these weapons nowadays.
The first pair of dual wielding weapons were Drygores, dropped by Kalphite King, which are very fine weapons for many purposes even during these days, but as these were very easily acquired during the early days of their existence, through the use of Drygores, their price quickly dropped. They are the oldest t90s, and as such, they are also the cheapest.
When it comes to Nox Scythe, this weapon was very much garbage when it was released with Araxxor (along with other Noxious weapons), but it became amazing for some specific purposes after Jagex updated melee 2H abilities.
The thing with Ascension Crossbows is that ranged was very much garbage when they were introduced, and for a very long time after that. They are also the only dualwield t90 that can be viably acquired through the method of soloing. And they were the second t90 weapon to be introduced. All of these factors come together to explain the price gap between Nox Bow and Asc Bows. Nox Bow is pretty much a bit better than the Asc Bows also, and (in my objective opinion) also a bit cooler.

Seismics... These amazing and legendary weapons are undoubtedly the most pricy weapons in the modern RuneScape (in the overall sense, through it's history). They are dropped by what is perhaps (in the overall sense) the most difficult boss the game has ever seen. Vorago's release was something that the game had never seen before, the game servers literally crashed when people were close to defeating the boss. After Jagex got their shit together, the first Seismic Wand was sold for max cash, after the guy was offered far greater sums of GP for it.
Though Noxious Staff and Seismics are the most balanced of individual t90 styles nowaways, Seismics have a very long history of being the most overpowered of not only the combat style, but all of the combat styles. Dualwield magic, and magic in general, was incredibly overpowered when they were released, and for a long time after that. Vorago is still a very demanding boss to kill (pretty much need 5 people to even start the fight), and this continues to keep the price of Seismics high.

This was actually an issue for a very long time in PvP. Smash was the only thing that made melee viable in PvP, and dualwield lacked it. After they gave a prayer dropping ability to every combatstyle, 2h melee was the style that became garbage, for a small while. And then, after 2h melee was buffed, we have once again reached a point of basic useless for dualwield melee. But I suppose that melee in PvP just isn't that great to begin with, ever since the universalization of prayer dropping abilities.

The fact of the matter is that the only times dual wielding melee is better than 2h melee is when you are fighting things like rippers or demon flash mobs, and that is purely because of dark light (and you don't want any aoe at rippers). In practically all cases using a lower tier 2h weapon is more favorable to a tier higher 2x weapon. Flurry is an especially weak threshold and it isn't useful, even at airuts where it's simply better to use other thresholds to dps them down, and the fact that all but one of the dual wield unique thesholds and ultimates isn't a channel really hinders it.
It's a serious issue balance wise when the best thresholds for dual wielding melee are the tendrils and generic assault ability.

I really don't know, as I have no actual experience of using the Noxious Scythe. But my impression is that the dualwielding damage is actually higher, and even if my best impression is totally wrong, the Noxious Scythe still isn't too good compared to Drygores.
So... it seems to me that if we take it as given that Noxious Scythe is far superior to Drygores, then we have to options here. Either there simply aren't many activities which require melee, in which case Noxious Scythe is simply better. OR, there is close-to-none single-target melee activities, in which case the Noxious Scythe is better.
I'm going to be honest, the relative effectiveness of the weapons just doesn't seem to be a huge factor in the prices of the weapons. It probably does make a substantial difference, but the Kalphite King being old and easy is probably a far greater reason for the price difference. After all, the Scythe was far more expensive than Drygores even before the 2h melee buff.

I guess I sort of noticed it, but that quest reminded me that the developers put effort into making quests fun, and knowing that a lot of people just don't give a crap and rush quests as fast as they can for a dinky xp reward at the end made me feel a bit sad
