Are you using Archery Gameplay overhaul? Sounds like a little bug it has. It's only supposed to happen when you hold a drawn bow for a long time. It's the game thinking you have the bow drawn when you actually don't Just draw the bow again then sheath it and the shaking should go away.

I dont like "ALL THE NEW GENERATION GAMES" for me the best generations was in 2010-2013, now only some games are good the major part of games are a CRAP "FOR ME OF COURSE"... GTA V and Fallout 4 are the only games that seems nice to me. Also Red dead redemtpion, Kingdom come (Yeah will come in 2017/2018) deliverance and etc, i can say i like a big ammount of new games and a big ammount of old games like San Andreas, Gta Vice City, Gta 3 also!!!
