Minimal. What's interesting that each version is different and costs slightly different amount of FPS, although none of them power hungry. I'd encourage you to start with the latest, then always go down with one in version until you find something you like.
For example, I started with (I believe) v0.09, switched to 0.11.1. then 0.13. Haven't touched Fallout 4 ever since (as it was decent to fuck around for a while, but overall a weak RPG that lacks depth), so I can't tell you nothing about the newer versions.
