I'm not going to lie, 'git gud' is basically legitimately what you need to do. His shurikens do a lot of damage from a wide variety of ranges for a flanker if you can actually land them consistently and even more so with headshots. Cancel right click into melee into dash for massive amounts of instant damage too.

'Git gud' also applies here, you can nuke squishies if you learn how to track headshots.

Use your shift as a getaway, not an initiator. Melee during your reload lets you almost instantly reload. Again, aim for headshots (though you should be aiming for neckish area since it's a shotgun) and bust those tanks to kingdom come.
