There are four endings I think. The Law and Chaos ending are half-assed early endings like White in SMT IV. The two real endings are Persona 4 Arena tier MUH BONDS and the other one is full edgelord where you kill everyone of any importance.

When you kill your friends, you "rescue" Flynn from Krishna and use the cosmic egg to create your new world with Flynn as your God Slayer.
When you don't kill your friends Dagda throws a temper tantrum and deletes all your demons, but then his mom stops him from being an edgelord and you work together with Flynn and the rest of the samurais to fight YHVH and reunite Tokyo with Naraku.
