4 has a lot of issues (Drebin's info dumps, the B&B squad being shit, overly long cutscenes, balance issues with guns, wtc.) but I still enjoyed my time with it overall thanks to the ending being pretty great and TECHNOLOGY meaning stealth and multiplayer were still fun to fuck about with.

This is amplified by the first person bomb defusing, timed underwater escort missions, and sniping segments. Bosses were very bad until as well, until the player reaches Arsenal.
