Yeah, the hook shot itself is hitscan but you get a little delay after for the animation of the drag to take place, that's why they don't get dragged to you instantly and it appears taht you get dragged from around a corner, because the hook hit you since it's hitscan but the animation didn't go off immediately.

Thing is, The matchmaking isn't good.
If you were getting 50% from games that were consistently well balanced with roughly equal teams in terms of skill, thats good match making.
Thing is, its mostly stomps. one team dominates in most games, and that is bad match making.
I don't think its deliberately forcing 50, it just massively overestimates winning streaks and such. You do well, it boosts your skill rating up to absurd levels and you get butchered by top players, do badly against them it throws against people who you slaughter. So then it puts you back against people better than you and so on.

I don't think people actually care about the difference between yeti hunter and abominable, I think people can't tell them apart by name, also I definitely prefer the pink on abominable over yeti hunter's shitty brown, also this could be a similar case with artic and siberian front. Sigrun is one of the most underrated skins in the game IMO. I vastly prefer the brown and more authentic colour scheme on her clothes on sigrun than the bright blue waistcoat on valkyrie, could just be people prefer the blonde over the strawberry blonde.

Pretty easy once you understand the timing with DVa's ult and you get the right situation. I managed it by blasting it into the final point on hollywood, the key to it is exiting the mech as soon as you put the thrusters on, but there is still some luck involved.
