That's not my experience. Invading Euro times, I get the occasional solo host, some duos going through the level, the occasional impromptu fightclub, and a few ganksquads. Invading US hours? Literally nothing but ganksquads everywhere I go.

if you care about "fair" pvp, 150-200 is a generally accepted range. since players can control their soul intake via the agape ring, most of such pvp takes place from 3-5 million soul memory. unless you plan on pvping in the arena, where soul memory is no longer used for matchmaking, then there is no reason to stop leveling while continuing to gain souls.
