How to make everyone's favorite sanitary scientista more interesting and less situational to play again
>Symmetra now gets a bonus to her ult charge based on how far away she is from her team's spawn. The closer she is to the spawn, the faster the ult charges (also something something to stop Symmetra from getting this bonus charge if she's at spawn while her turrets deal damage at the other side of the map). This is intended to make her teleporter charge significantly faster when you aren't saving many seconds by using the teleporter (aka on B defense). Your tele will still be sort of shit on B point, but at least it has good uptime.
>After the teleporter is placed her ult is replaced by a new ult that charges while the teleporter is alived. Every 100% charged is another teleport instance.
>Her E is a good skill, but it is boring and obnoxious so lets rework it. Symmetra's new E places an antenna that works a bit like a permanent S:76 heal, except it gives bonus shields for people within its (fairly generous) range and LoS. Shields are 50 (starts at 0 if they refresh to stop people from moving back and fourth at the edge of the antenna's effective range to get new shields) and you can have 2 charges of shield antennas. The antennas have 1 hp.
>The cooldown on her turret building slightly reworked. She now starts with 6 turrets and a new stack is gained every 6 seconds. After you build a turret the skill is placed on cooldown for 2.5 seconds (to avoid letting symmetra suddenly plop down 6 turrets in the middle of a firefight or something silly like that).

I enter games and immediately lose because of this games shit matchmaking system. I believed I would eventually end up in games where I actually have to fight for my wins and have a chance to save myself from loses, but it seems like the game's designed for either absolute dominance or utter defeat. I rarely get good games where each team is on equal footing. Your shields are your greatest asset despite what people here say. You can block most ults and save people from the inevitable Roadhog/Flashcree death.
Use your boost a lot and alternate between sticking with your team and picking off lone targets.
Remember that hitting people with your boost does damage and you can cancel it with a melee attack for extra damage.
You melt people at close range. Especially tanks.
You melt everyone with your pistol. Everyone.
Use your ult only to contest points or if your mech is getting destroyed and you need another one real quick.

When I bought the game and started playing it was the greatest thing ever and I would rock stable 90% win rate on all characters
After like level 20 my gameplay started to get lousy and and my win rate suddenly dropped to rock bottom of 50%.
I would win 10 games in a row as Genji and think it was the most awesome thing ever, now I cant even stomach playing him for like 5 minutes, even though he's one of the greatest characters
Only guys I've managed to keep above +70% are 76 and reaper, but they get boring over time

Also shooting from afar is also a good tactic especially while the enemy team is hiding behind Rein because he will turn around to see what's hitting him.
Also either boost your nuke or put on the front top of the payload or hide behind. Almost always works.

The entire point of discord is to bust tanks that are in the open, it requires line of sight so smaller targets and more mobile heroes can break it.

Yes. They are shotguns and they got like 150 dps if you somehow get all the pellets to connect. Add to this fact that your charge+melee will deal 50~ damage and you'll realize you can melt most people if you somehow manage to create a situation where you can meaty your shots.
I'd recommend trying to aim at shoulder lenght against 200hp classes and at the head against other tanks.

Mei's m2 deals 75 damage and is the size of a basketball that will get sucked into Tracer's fragile skull for a 150 damage. This kills the Tracer.
Mei gets like 2-3 tries and another 2-3 after her shifts to hit a m2. If that fails, put a wall in between yourself and Tracer, she has no vertical movement.
The exception to this rule is when Tracer is buffed by Symmetra or Torb ofc.

Hook is a pretty reliable oneshot against Tracer. He also takes fucking forever to kill for Tracer so you can sort of just outshoot her sometimes even if you miss the hook.

widow though is just fucking stupid. let's see... her damage is bullshit. her charge time is bullshit. her mobility is bullshit. her poison trap aka vision ward and wallhacks with her mobility is especially fucking bullshit because basically only winston can punish her and even then it relies on her team having no awareness. her stance makes her especially fucking annoying to hit. her hitbox is like a straight line. widow should have mei's hitbox, fucking cunt. she's broken in every category. she even has a fairly decent smg that requires no swap time to use. her ult is game changing in itsef and it's hard to tell when it's up aside from getting body shot the moment you step around a corner.

They're "roaming" tanks, they're generally more effective going ahead of the point and thinning a push before it gets there. The only real difference is Winston who is sort of a middle ground between them and a Reinhardt. He can do well with his team, but shouldn't give up the chance to chase down weak characters/healers/snipers when he can. He's the most mobile tank for a reason and people should take advantage of it.
Zarya while an off tank, should be on for very close to the point, since it will let her get charge easier and more reliably, knowing where and when attacks will come from.
