Yeah. Capturing a point should nullify all ult charge on Anubis/Hanamura/Volskaya.
Defenders should also get instant respawn for a short while after first point has been captured.
The current state of the game is that the attackers just rush B as fast as they can and pop all the ults they got from capturing A on top of B and winning instantly. It's fucking stupid, especially when you got teammates who ragequit every lost game and causing a server swap (yay, now I got a loss as a defender and I didn't even get to play attacker!)

I honestly have begun to leave as soon as I load into a koth map. It's such a fucking god awful game mode. It seems like almost every game I play, my team facerolls the enemy team, then in the second round the enemy team suddenly becomes a spec ops squad and destroys us two games in a row. I'd say maybe one in five koth games I play are legitimate back-and-forths. It's just steamrolls over and over. Attackers need faster spawns or something, because defending seems to be so fucking easy in this game and the team that gets the first cap almost always holds it for 100% at high mmr.

Her M1 can get up to like 100 dps and it just fucking melts anyone. She shits on genjis hardcore and can melt tanks. Stop trying to set up a billion sentries in a single room for ebin microwaves, any aoe will just kill them all instantly and people will just avoid that room, use them as FUCKING SENTRIES, they tell you where enemies are coming from and slow them down, put one or two in places where people will try to flank from or retreat towards.

I found that best character on attack to capture points is... lucio. You just breeze past all enemy defences, on some maps on routes they cant even see you and then jump into the capture point - half times enemy team is mile away trying to stop your team in advance, so you have couple seconds until they realize someone is capturing the point - other times just activate speed boost and run around the point and walls like crazy with them unable to target you and capturing ticking.
Litterally forces enemy team to withdraw to the capture point and look out for you.

Are you trying to launch yourself in the air with it?
I do it by launching into the air, firing the blast at an angle to give me some diagonal lift and then using hover. It gives a lot of horizontal distance, but it's pretty tricky, I'm not consistently good at it.
But yeah, you have to be in midair and use your hover to carry on the momentum of the blast.

where's her weakness? She's got mobility, dominates certain ranges and is still solid up close. Even her "counters" are unreliable. Winston has to jump on her so his jump is on CD and she hooks away, not to mention her damage threatens him. Genji will just lose 1v1 unless he totally outplays her because poison mine + assault rifle damage is huge.
Even McFuck in his overpowering damage has weaknesses. He has basically no mobility unlike competing offensive classes, so if he gets caught without backup or a little bit too far from cover he's totally dead.

Any Soldier 76, McCree, Widow or even a Bastion that knows how to move and shoot at the same time will completely and effortlessly shut down a Pharah to the point where her only option is to just change character.

Max damage on widowmaker sniping shot is 125 (like Hanzo).
A sniping shot bullets costs 30 ammunition. If you try to scope with less than 30 ammo she'll reload first (this puts a dampener on her absurd ttk and punishes Widow for failed flickshots on close range attackers).
SMG has damage falloff. Widowmaker has 25 less HP (to compensate for her smaller than average hitbox).
Wallhacks are conceptually reworked so enemies can now always tell they are being wallhacked. In return Hanzo get a lower CD on his wallhack arrow.
There, I fucking fixed Widowmaker while keeping the fun stuff like grapple hook skillshots.

Lowering Widow's base damage to 25 only really affects how Symmetra's shields works in the game (so Symmetra becomes a good pick against Widow). Besides that Widow's headshot parameters stay basically the same.

That's pretty much what I was going for. Once windowlicker gets the boot Phara will be a power pick, but if Phara gets buffed she's going to be hyper obnoxious once windowmaker gets her nerfs. tonight we were playing a full pre-made or close to it and just getting wrecked and the other team had two torbs that were constantly getting ults up and one of my friend's literally plays genji 8 out of every 10 matches and was confused as to why we were doing terrible
I tried explaining to him that torb is a pretty big hard counter to genji but he said he didn't know how to play anyone else so he wouldn't switch
It's infuriating when this happens but really fun when everyone is on the same page and open to changing the dynamic of the team if shit isn't working

Pharah's only as weak as the person playing her.
She's probably one of the more balanced characters right now, but characters like Widow need a soft nerf on damage.
Also there needs to be something in place to discourage stacking characters on a team.
Not a hard limit because shitters would bitch about that a lot, but maybe something like the more of one character there is, the less XP those players earn or something superficial like that.
Also I feel Torb's turret needs a slower turning speed but that's just because I'm used to the sentries from tf2.

Because it's not a "problem" of Pharah's character. The problem is that in the metagame of picks, McCree and Widow plain too strong, meaning you can't make an ecology for Pharah by addressing her character.
You have to nerf McCree and Widow. If they become more situational, Pharah becomes less situational.
Hell, watch envyus on gosugamer's weekly and Talespin will show you what Pharah looks like in the hands of someone with actual aim and understanding of how to use her mobility.
