I really wanted to learn to play widow when I first started playing OW but couldnt aim for shit. I knew that eventually games will turn into widow snipefests and having the upper hand will be extremely important. After 20-30 hours of practicing I finally got the hang of her and am now consistently doing good with her. Feels really satisfying seeing her smug face during PotG highlight intros.

Hanzo studied archery in Anor Londo, the huge hit boxes on his arrows ensure even incompetent ones get kills, plus his ult and abilities are good and require only vague aiming to be of use.
Trash Hanzos are bad because they never get on the payload or the point, and only just sit back at mid range plinking away to get dem frags, never bothering to look up at floating Pharahs or engage murderous Widowmakers.
Trash Genjis are much, much worse though. They run off on their own and spend the whole match trying to 1v1 heroes that they will usually lose to, depriving their team of a member while being nothing but a small nuisance to the enemy.
Both are reviled because they disregard teamwork and refuse to switch when they're being countered, but the Hanzos are marginally more tolerable.

Do they really nerf the fan of McCree?Because it's not the biggest issue.Is it strong in 1v1 ?yes it is,especially against squishes.But you don't shred tanks completly.Roadhoag can kill you easy with the hook shotgun combo,the ape will kill you 90% of the time if he has ult and Reinhard is only vunerable from behind.I think Diva has the most problems with it.Also the Fan get's really hard to hit when people have good movement or when you have to drag the cross really hard.
I mean yeah it's easy to spray someone down who has been hit by the flashbang.But the flashbang is very short and it will kill you if you miss it.It's a do or die situation,you landed the flash you will most likely come on top out of the fight, if you don't the fan is not precise enough with quick moving targets.
The point I am trying to make is ,it's easy to hit a stunned target and spray it down.It's not hard to roll in someones face,throw the flash and get a kill and die.But this is not what makes him really strong.As longer as you play him or practice your aim with him,he gets so much more useful and deadlier.Just staying alive and aiming for the heads has so much more potential than doing a super offensive flash and die for one kill.You will shit on people way harder with good reflexes and aiming than Flash+Fan.
Since you only have 6 bullets aim is so important on him outside of the combo.Reloading or missing shots is very unforgiving in a 1v1,especially with none automatic shooting.
If they nerf his E or R,they should atleast reward good aim on him more.Or make the flash weaker, make it slow for examlple, while buffing the fan or the other way around.Because you can learn to controll the fan decently over time
