I made a save but when I go in-game, the girl models in the world have their hair altered to some blue tone. All of them. I have no idea why. Already tried changing their clothes but got no results. What do? I have no idea what is causing this and my other saves seem fine.

Girl with dark blue hair is alright and supposed to have blue hair (although not on that tone). Girl with light blue hair and a green circle around her is supposed to have white-pinkish hair.
All girls in the game have a similar blue hair effect. I have a girl that should have orange hair, but now she has some weird mix of green with blue, probably the result of what happens if you mix orange with blue..
Already tried setting clothes to default (because at first I thought it was because of the colors of their stocking and underwear), changing teacher, removing all girls with blue hair from the save.

Not sure if anyone remembers back when there was this black sclera bug that would infect girls that did not use that. I think this might be the same case but with lowpoly. Some lowpoly hair in that class might be using a fixed texture/material.

The black sclera bug was because the game was referencing the eye texture of the girl on the left for the girl on the right when two were shown at once, because they had the same (default) file name. If that's happening for low poly hairs, he replaced some texture files he shouldn't have ever had need to touch.

It was because both the black sclera face and non sclera faces shared the same material name for the sclera. The fix was to change the material name for the black sclera.

Anons, help me out. My laptop's hard drive died, so I bought a new one and took it to my uni's lab to get windows 8 installed on it. I just got it back yesterday, so the first thing I did was torrent AA2 overnight so I can install it today, which is what I've been doing. I've followed the installation instructions to a T. The game was working perfectly fine before, but I don't remember how I installed it (I believe I used HF patches and whatnot). Now, the game is RUNNING just fine, but it looks ugly. I've read through all of the FAQs, guides, etc and have been googling for hours. As far as I know, the only thing that the people touched was the hard drive, and not anything else, so how can I get the game to look good like it used to, like it does for other people in this thread? I can post video card info and settings if needed.

Yep, that's what I thought. So I've googled various permutations and combinations of "artificial academy 2" and "anti aliasing", but not a lot has helped. I have an AMD Radeon 7660G + HD 7700M Dual Graphics, and I went into AMD Catalyst Control Center like the wiki suggested to fiddle with settings. My settings are
>Anti-Aliasing (Power-saving Graphics): Override application settings, edge-detect filter, 12xEQ sample
>Anti-Aliasing Method (PSG): Adaptive multisampling
>Anisotropic Filtering (PSG): "use application settings" unchecked, per pixel samples set to 8X
>Anti-Aliasing (High-performance Graphics): Override application settings, edge-detect filter, 12X sample
>Anti-Aliasing Method (HPG): adaptive multisampling
>Anisotropic Filtering (HPG): "use application settings" unchecked, per pixel samples set to 16X
Most of that matches up with the recommendation on the wiki, though not exactly since some things listed aren't available to me (texture options, selecting the game).

Well, after more fiddling, I discovered that I can in fact add setting profiles for games by going into "advanced" view. After doing this and making adjustments, the models are silky smooth, but the game isn't. There are frame drops when characters run along with cursor slowdown. Also, now the quality for the 2D parts of the game has gone down, like in pic related.
I just want to spend time with my waifu, why am I having so many roadblocks? Like I said, it was working perfectly before on this same laptop, so its especially frustrating.
