All the hexa clothing are in the game, game doesn't crash either, it just spams some variation of attached picture the whole game. I thought it might be some admin problem, but I should be running it correctly.

I kept giving up on making the feet fit with that, but Cell has the same issue. It remains to act like a solid piece with the bottom legs.
It goes unnoticed in positions where the feet face forward, but clips through when it's anything else. Fixed his skin-clipping though, but giving up on the shoulders collapsing. Still gonna see if I can save the wings.
Else I'll just cut off the feet on everything and release them like that.

I already said what the bug is.
It's not some limitation on the program, it's windows being the retarded piece of shit it always is.
The default locale is just not being set correctly for some reason, and a text file isn't parsed correctly.
Anyway, for the next thread please point people to Locale Emulator instead of AppLocale.

you'll have to be adjusting the slotexists.txt on your own, it just allows every hair slot right now (they are pretty crowded anyway).
Note that this feature is disabled by default, you'll have to go into the config and uncomment/delete the DISABLE RANDOM_SLOT_MOD line.
