I'm a little new, so please forgive me.
When playing as a Druid, how do I deal with the real dangerous minions the other player might play? Like if it's late game, and the guy throws out a taunting 18/18 C'thun. What spell/minions should I be using to deal with it?
Feels as if most the other classes have a "fuck that minion" card (execute, polymorph, hex, assassinate, etc).
I've been using the Icyveins basic druid deck with a couple of switches, but otherwise nearly the same.
Also this happened which cracked me up. He was fucking destroying me, but by some miracle his C'thun reduced my berserker to 1 health and then the rest of its battlecry ignored it, allowing me to make a comeback.

this guy is a better Senjin in every way. I have seen his health skyrocket to unhealthy levels when combo'd with Brann, and then your opponent's only course of action is to slam all their dudes into the fatty or to waste a hard removal on him, either way you come out on top.
against aggro or zoo he is GUARANTEED to be at least a 3/5 otherwise you'd have no reason to drop him. he really shines against zooshitters trying to flood the board.
against midrange he's still MOST LIKELY to be at least a 3/5 since they are likely to have at least a couple of midsize minions. at worst he soaks a hit from a medium sized minion.
against control he MIGHT NOT be a 3/5 but it doesn't matter because he and Senjin are both useless in control match up anyway, but still the opportunity for growing bigger than a 3/5 is nice just in case the controlcuck does finally decide to start dropping minions.

Malyrogue is fun but it's way too slow compared to Leeroy, and it does even worse against aggressive decks because it lacks the ability to race as well as Leeroy does.
I have no idea how to miracle rogue, I just use it in casual for rogue quests because sometimes they give up when you start drawing cards.

This isn't exactly new, Eloise and a bunch of other pro players have been playing Reno N'zoth Lock for a while now. They usually include Chillmaw and/or Cairne for more synergy, though. Your winrate would probably increase if you had either of those cards.
Eh, I know nothing about Hearthstone (or Warcraft in general) but it seems like the VGL has this funnny tendency to pitch /aceg/ against a card game team in the last round. So, here's to a good game later guys.

Oh, I wouldn't presume such a thing, I merely meant that it was a new brew of mine.. I don't look up decklists much. I've ran a lot of Renolock variations but most have been greedy and bloated. The goal here was an efficient Leeroy deck that could stand up to the tempo out there and still pack an end-game punch. I'm not a huge fan of Cairne in this type of layout, chillmaw could probably work, who knows? I'm really satisfied with the winrate as of now, it's probably doing better than all my other variations yet, or it may just be how the meta's hanging at the moment.

I think C'thun Priest has a better shot than control or N'zoth Priest because of all of your midrange minions. But even still your best bet is to just hope he draws a hand full of Cold Blood and Conceal so that he can't do shit while you flood the board with River Crocolisks and Spider Tanks. Once you have board it's hard for the Rogue to get it back, so if you stay out of lethal range you should be in good shape.
Still a tough match, though.

what's your opinion on deck trackers, /hsg/?
I've been using one for a while but sometimes it feels like it's become a crutch and I can't play without it. It tracks cards in hand, cards in opponents hand, mulliganed cards, and cards left in you and your opponent's deck, so I really don't have to do any thinking so long as it's on. I'm wondering if I I'll be a better play if I stop being so reliant on it and just use my memory to determine what cards myself and my opponent have left? I also find the in-game overlay kind of distracting.
The only thing I do like, that I won't turn off, is tracking your win rate and match-up stats.

Figured I would try a Dragon Tempo build while I wait to get BrM wings 2-5 for the Corruptors for my Dragonlord Control deck. It's been working well so far; I tweaked a list I found to add Alex, Grom and 2x Taskmasters since they can activate Grom, my Frothings and my Bloodhoofs. I removed Upgrade, 1x Arcanite, Finley and N'Zoth's First Mate.
5 Dragons should provide enough activators for Alex's Champion, right? Right now I'm running 2x Azure Drakes, 2x Twilight Guardian, Alex and Chillmaw. I could add in Ysera but that might be too costly since this deck aims to close out by turns 8-10.
Could also toss in Ragnaros for another big threat but again, that's another high cost card.
Thoughts? Does anyone else play dragon tempo with a different set of cards that can share their list?

Just made it to rank 5 EU with this deck, pretty solid win-rate at 70% blank (14-6). Some aggro openings are impossible to deal with but other than that, the deck feels really versatile in the sense of having a good defensive curve and packing a punch versus control.
Had some crazy games outlasting heavy control decks in fatigue. Warrior in particular feels pretty favorable unless it's tempo warrior.
One of the toughest decisions is whether to PO sylvanas to steal a valuable minion or prevent entomb, since that cripples Leeroy + faceless if you can't draw another PO out of peddler

I don't see much of a need for Jaraxxus honestly. Two weapon removals entails a pretty big advantage right off the bat.
The general goal against a warrior is to draw as much as you can, keep a full hand without burning cards and save your most valuable plays for when they're absolutely needed. Most of the early to mid-game minions outvalue the warrior minions and there are numerous ways to guarantee board advantage, and if you've lost it, regain it once the opponent overcommits to the board. If you trigger both brawls before you play Nzoth, you're pretty gravy. Since the matchup is slow, you're allowed to play relatively slow and trigger the first brawl with a medium board of lower value minions. You'll have big hands for the Twilight drake, and threats like ragnaros tend to trigger a 50/50 brawl attempt because warriors like to waste executes due to lack of foresight, and low armor prevents a proper shield slam. Having a midgame board of stuff like azure drake and corrupted healbot tends to pressure into a brawl as well.
The key to fatigue is that minions always beat armor, so you can get by with a relatively small amount of pressure towards the end provided that you don't get blindsided by some endgame counter. There are so many ways to remove shit with this deck that that typically shouldn't happen. If the warrior is up to his neck in armor (I've won encounters upwards of 30+), that generally means he hasn't pressured you a lot so you're able to save your Reno for fatigue. I would suspect that you probably get anxious about the armor gain at some point and overcommit where you shouldn't have to.
