This is why I say fuck the meta game and just play whatever I feel like playing. Thanks to CuckStorm and streamers, the meta shifts way too quickly to be bothered to adjust to it every time, so just add tech choices as necessary to stay competitive and just accept that some weeks your deck won't perform as well as it should.

There is no way to definitely say exactly how often Yogg is good vs bad without looking at a ton of games, but most players who have analysed data like this have determined that he is more often good than he is bad or neutral. I don't know what the exact ratio is but in my experience every time my opponent plays Yogg they are left better off than when they started, it's very rare that Yogg straight up loses them the game which is why I said him being purely a detriment 40% of the time was a gross overestimate.
You can stay mad if you want, Yoggboi, or you can show some numbers to back up your definitive and conclusive "you're wrong" statement.
So I crafted this deck after pulling a Deathwing, Dragonlord and holy crapoli I've been on a win streak from 20 to 14. One more win will throw me into 13.

It's not about the deck Anon, but the time that you put in. In current meta a majority of decks are good enough to keep a >50% winrates.
You can get rank 20 with 1% win rate, from rank 20 to 5 with 25-50 more wins than losses and than 51% win rate to reach legend. If you put in enough of your time and play enough games the RNG variations become statistically accurate and then the only thing that separates your from legends are your own dumb decisions.
It's simple as that.

also consider this
not everyone who plays herathstone will actually finish every game. if even 1% of people either concede to go take a shit, their boss calls them so they alt+f4 hearthstone out, or something else comes up IRL that causes them to leave their computer/tablet/phone then that match is a win for you.
so play enough matches, and yes, you only need a 50% winrate against opponents who don't leave, because your winrate against opponents who do makes it so that your total winrate is above 50%, if only marginally.

You obviously care about your rank. So next time when you are on loosing streak:
- stop playing after loosing streak of 3 games in a row and retry later
or
- play until you reach the point where you started the game
But desu, the second option works out for the best. Since if you can't reach the starting point, you shouldn't be there anyway.
Anyone played around with that tier 3 N'Zoth rogue on memestorm? Their description for it doesn't make sense since it says it's the dominant rogue archetype, but they have miracle up higher in tier 2 still. It's funny how N'Zoth felt like a surefire win the week the expansion hit, and now when I play N'Zoth I feel like I just played my only threat and I'll lose unless I shadowstep him the same turn
