You're pretty much required to be rooted to the spot the whole game. If you're not in sentry form you're already being forced to compromise your game since he sucks outside of being a manual turret. Because of that you're incredibly easy to counter, and anyone with a brain knows how to either kill him in seconds or move a few inches to the side to break line of sight.

Mercy is probably my most used Support at this time, though. I like using her for straight healing- Lucio's effective but I feel like I get tunnel vision when trying to hop between Speed and Heal, where I end up hopping around in speed while my team is dying around me. I play Zen quite a bit too. Symmetra is my least used Support mostly because I never know where to put her turrets to be (or when I do, the enemy team always immediately knows where they are and blows them up).

Point 2 is hard. It's the second hardest attack map, the only worse chokepoint being Anubis. IMO Gibraltar is the best balance between fun attack and defense, feels completely equal from moment to moment.
