They arent underpowered at all.
The only adjustment I would make would be a slight buff on FoH effective range. That, and make some of the exotics actually usable.
Youve got good armor and recovery, insane sanic speed, a 1HKO long range melee, a weapon damage/armor buff,
Way more kill potential than a golden gun with hammers if you dont suck shit, and plenty more.
If it was shit there wouldnt be titans in ToO in the later matches. Sure, you go against 3 hunter/warlock teams more often, but a team of three strikers who can rush without being idiots will ruin your day.

Technological plague called "Seeva" ("Civa"?, "Sieva"? "Ceeva"?) the Iron Lords (except Saladin) sacrificed themselves to contain this plague.

The big walker towards the end of the trailer was referred to as the "Death Zamboni" but no further elaboration was offered aside from the implication that it is part of the Raid.
Maximum Light will increase "significantly". However, they would not give a number.
It's an axe, not a hammer. It is known as a relic, similar to the scorch cannon or Aegis, it is a temporary powerup that can be found in the world.
