If someone kills you it's because of "imbalance", "shitty teammates", "OP abliities", etc. Nobody ever says "The other guy on the team was able to aim really well and he killed the shit out of us. git gud and learn how to effectively MANAGE and SYNERGIZE your Qs at key moments and to counter others instead of seeing them as disruptive to MUH FAST AIMING BHOPs as the only skill involved in a video game. It just means that there are more important elements to strategy and less important elements to twitch, and if you can't maximize off that and win, it means you only know how to use the basic skills presented in Quake and can't adapt to new strategy.
There are many defensive ults and even regular abilities that can counter stuff like Death Blossom or Nerf this. The game is not to get the most leet frags, it's to control an objective with the right implementation of tactical plays.

Q attacks are supposed to be situational tools to give teams a momentary edge to help them with the objective. If you want a wacky objective game where keeping the action moving is more important than expressions of personal dominance, then overwatch is what you want. Otherwise, there's plenty of shooters which are free and cheap which don't have so many intentionally destabilizing abilities integral to their design.

This game is meant to be Rock, Paper, Scissors. A good Winston should be able to beat a great Widowmaker in a 1v1 regardless of the situation. As soon as a great Widow is able to quickscope double headshot Winston before he even lands on her, the fundamental mechanics of the game fall apart.

There is no reason this bitch should be able to get pickoffs from across the map and still be able to hold her own in close range. The tradeoff snipers should have in games is they're shit in close range. She should be dead if you can reach her. Her risk is too low for her insanely high reward.
Is this game good? Worth buying?
For reference I'm a pretty big Blizzdrone but only when it comes to WoW; I enjoyed TF2 back when it was just orange box stuff but haven't played it for years now. I consider myself above average at video games and would prefer a game that would reward my skills.
