Yeah, but why would this make a simple caestus no longer viable? You just have to wait a bit longer to reach the amount of FP needed, and for pure melee characters, I'd rather passively regen FP to use a WA every now and then than carry around a flask dedicated to a bar that's not very useful to me overall.

It was the best looking medium shield in DaS2 and that remains the case in 3. A shame it isn't a weapon art shield though.
