If you have no unknowns 2 is safe to cover. If you have katana or pinya axe you may opt for one if you want to cover jobs that can use the sword. Sword is just nice for versatility and weapon proficiency bonus for classes that can.

Alternatively, for maximum wind slaughter, 9 Flam Glass sword + Cosmos sword, but it is even more unlikely than Chev Swords and less effective against anything non wind.
