In order to be good at the game you need to understand why specific items are good or bad for your god. You won't get that from autobuy.
Also, you'll need different items in different games depending on yours and the enemy team comps. Also I don't know how exactly it prioritizes items but it's probably wrong, and that changes too as the match progresses.

Well it depends on who you're playing as and against tbqh. For most assassins you want warrior tabi not ninja, the only exception being kali and maybe arachne. Usually I'd suggest maxing cooldown first, with Jotuns and BoV, then get Bulwark to round out your defenses. Then more pen and power typically, pen against more tanky people and power against squishies.
Usually if you're getting a stacking item you want that first or second, but don't be that person who buys boots like fourth or something. Movement speed is a very underrated stat.

You mean attack speed? No, almost all assassins have their main source of damage coming from their abilities, not their basics. You should be putting a basic inbetween most ability casts if you can, but not going up to someone and just holding left click (unless you're kali). The power from warrior tabi is much more beneficial than the extra attack speed because it translates to your abilities too.

you can have as many defensive items as you need/see fit, and BoV gives 3 essential stats for pretty cheap, it's a go to on almost all gods. Heartward is far worse than bulwark, most aura items are specific to certain scenarios nowadays. As I said before, jotuns (or transcendance sometimes) and boots is the best start for most assassins.

Great assassin, very versatile. Typically on him I'll get warrior tabi, jotuns, BoV, Bulwark, as core, then usually Titan's and Brawlers for damage, Urchin or Mantle of Discord for defense (but swap out another CD item for mantle because you don't want to overcap) and sometimes shifter's shield if I want to meme. In season 2 Mail of Renewal was great but it's not as good now, play with that if you like.
As for abilities, I'll either go 3>1>2>4 or 1>3>2>4 depending on my role but sometimes if I need to heal up drastically and still be present then I'll level my 2.

Amat really shines when a team is around her to benefit off of her mirror auras and her basic attack debuff aura. She is relatively weak for early-game clear because of this.
She's also an auto attack based God, so you need to build around that.
I usually go warrior boots, Jotuun's wrath, Breastplate of Valor, Frost-bound hammer, Bulwark of hope or Mantle of Discord, Qin sais, and finally swap out Warrior boots for Ninja late game as it is a DPS increase.
If you need more clear early game Go Blue Stone pendant as your starting item.
With this she has full cooldown reduction which is necessary for her because her ultimate is a great initiate, as well as enough to attack speed to benefit the most from her passives.

In addition to the bill that was recommended your main duty is to help counter initiate when your ultimate is down. Your dash is a very useful silence that can stop a Thor spin to win or a Bacchus Belch. You activate your 2, get in, and then hit them with auto attacks to slow them down and apply your debuff aura so that your team can fuck them up. Use your ult on their back line and if your team can't take advantage of that it's not your fault if you are losing.
