it works on MF and Lucian because they have Ults that deal fuckloads of Physical damage in half a million hits, which means they literally shred 30% of your fucking armor by pressing R and continue to deal thousands of damage to everything in front of them.
So it could work on like, Twitch or Kog'Maw but not really because theyre still auto-attacking and theyre not hitting 3 or 4 times per second (Kog at least needs to build some kind of Aspeed to reach that number while getting very little bonus from AD and dealing mixed damage making the shred useless, and twitch literally cannot)
