The only thing I can't think of is, not talking to the painting and not looking in the mirror at the early chapters. I think that would trigger a bad ending at the end of door 4, but I can't confirm it since I did both things.
Aside from that, I didn't find any "choice you made 10 hours ago makes you get a bad ending now" type of situation. If I got a bad end I just reloaded my save or auto-save and that was it.
What's the age choice? When you try to guess Giselle's age? I don't think that drastically changes anything, that'd be pretty stupid.

After looking at the guide, I can safely say that those choices only change scenes minorly and don't matter to getting the Bad Ends that you need for the Prologue. Also why didn't an English person make a guide by now? That's one of the 5 or 6 Dead Ends which just means you die and that's it. They're all numbered 0 and don't show up anywhere, though you can read through them for maximum value.
The art was weird at first, but it kinda grows on you. Dunno if H-scenes would have helped, but I think MG tried their best for both marketing and translating the thing. I feel like this story would've worked better on paper, rather than with all the visuals and sounds, which are there to simulate interaction and better the general experience. Which they did, but I guess the art is the main turn-off, in the end. Now imagine F/SN as a book. Yeesh.

A translation doesn't need to covey every wordplay or pun or rhyme, as long as it conveys the same emotion and feel of text then it is a successful translation. Just because it's not perfect to the source doesn't mean it's worse, in fact sometimes a translation into English is an improvement over the original thanks to the vast amount of synonyms English has that can really at context and variation into text.

Hello all, I have played the legendary Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo. It had an anime adaptation that brought attention to it and had people clamoring for a TL. Well, I dl'd it at that time and having gone through it I can safely say, do NOT worry about a translation for this one. This is the quintessential bad game. The writing is bland - no joke is funny, no character ever says anything interesting, the MC is worse than a blank slate, etc etc. A common trend among moe games about cute girls that get popular, is that the writing is to some degree funny or good, for example Hoshimeme for all the shit it gets is actually written pretty well, same for Maijikoi, Noble Works, PE, etc, they're not Romeo Masterpieces tm but they've got some degree of heart put in the writing. KxKxK simply does not. It has nothing. I looked up the scenarist and most of what he writes is H-scenes for OTHER people. That's the level this author is unfortunately on. He's the guy who writes h-scenes for better authors and this time he was given a whole game which is sadly case in point why he has been relegated to h-scenes. In short, don't worry about this game. Forget about it. It's not good. I don't know what expectations the anime gave people but toss those aside. All you'll find here is alright porn you can find anywhere else.

Only a pleb thinks this. The text aspect of these NOVEL games is incredibly significant even in nukige. The most legendary nukige are also the most well written - take a peak at Lilith and Bishop games for example, great writing and sex. This game has nothing but alright CGs and boring sex.
I would like to take a moment to clarify. This game spends a significant amount of time on SOL so obviously it is fine to include that on judging it. If it had a taken a more aggressive approach and NOT tried to be funny for a good part of the game then I would not have mentioned that. But, it meanders around and tries to include a lot of comedy, and thus I can safely judge it.
The sex itself is unremarkable. If you've played a couple moege or nukige before, you've seen pretty much everything that goes on. Unremarkable sex + failure to include engaging non-sex parts = bad game all around. This is a game where sticking to fapping to the HCGs is a great choice.

This game has about 40% the power of an average nukige due to shitty writing like this. Compared to a game like Majikoi, with great sex, characters, and writing, maybe it's 10% on a good day to someone who doesn't know Japanese and is just looking at the CGs, 3% in most situations.
