Early game it doesn't seem Prague not producing iron made much of a difference, there wasn't any horrible lack of iron and demand actually met production 5 years into the game.
Late game, the changes to Australia and France seem to be paying off. China is civilized and united under the Qing but then again, their industrial score is only 58.

I played 3 so much that I burnt out since it pretty much doesnt allow anything new due to lack of wargoals. You play each nation once and its game over unless you want to go experimental and do something like Axis USA
but I do love the wargame aspect of 3, building custom divisions and using new tactics.
I am hyped for 4 as AI can also go ahistoric on choice and you can have more control over diplomatic side of war. Why do I have to chose between terrible patches of chinese lands or full annexation of china as japan. I wish I was able to chose where to annex in 3
