I found her better than Reinhardt or Winston with shit team, I had games where I was alone on the objective as Reinhardt with my entire team flanking and losing 1 vs 1s everywhere, or Winston games where I'd kill all their squishies and my team didn't notice and just hanged in the back. Zarya feels more rounded and self sufficient, but it's true she's only absolutely insane with a good team. For a couple games before the matchmaking ripped us apart I felt like I was the pivot around which the team came together, it was a glorious feeling.

Main counter to S76 is the same as most the other heroes, a widow. Same with McCree as long as he lands the stun, and maybe Mei. Winston is also better than any other tanks.

Exceptional performance in a match, like getting the most golds on your team or doing 20%+ (usually needs to be even higher than that for a card), significant amount of team damage blocked, things like that. I've personally gotten potg in many games where I still didn't get a postgame card.

The problem with giving Zenyatta armor is that armor is peeled after shields. This means that Zenyatta would become super tanky against Tracer and S:76.
Nerfing widow's bodyshot damage and giving Zenyatta a slight speed boost would make for a much better change.

Temple of Anubis is fine, you just go left side to flank. 9 games out of 10 you can snowball the initial push and win. It gets trickier if they get set up, but nothing a good junkrat can't fix.
Hanamura is a bit worse, I'm still not sure what's the best approach to carry a team of baddies through the first choke. Second point is a bit easier, but weirdly enough because it's TOO open, you often have your team spread out three ways, and have to really try to herd them in one direction.

If it doesn't stun the options for dealing with Tracer becomes even more limited, the stun is a necessary evil. Fan the Hammer is what needs to be adjusted so it requires some actual thought to use and would require much more effort to gib a tank with. Reinhardt's shield is too essential in the six man blob meta and his ultimate is a game winner that you basically can't counterplay right now. It turns the game into shieldwars. Well like I said in the beginning of the reply chain, reduce Fan the Hammer damage per shot by 50% (don't touch the main fire's damage per shot) it would require him to land every shot within the stun's duration to kill a 200 hp opponent, and require 2 reloads (including roll) to kill just a Reinhardt alone.
Widen the spread just a bit as well so its not an easy damage dump at mid range as well so it serves its actual purpose of being deadly close quarters damage.

1. You're a tank but your're not tough enough to sustain fire in the front lines unhealed
2. E Shield blocks anything. For about 2 seconds. Learn to time and snap-react that shit.
3. Shift shield doesn't last long either but it makes you do FUCKtons of damage if you soak up damage with it first. Team play is crucial.

It goes for both snipers (in before someone yells that Hanzo isn't a sniper). On offense you just need a few seconds of hotstreaking to take an objective. On defense you need to be consistent.
It's just how the game comes together. Defending is much harder than Attacking because you have to keep outplaying your opponents for a solid 7-9 minutes. Meanwhile the attackers just need to wipe your team out twice.
