As stated before the game ends with her never finding redemption, but the fact that she would try to stay on the straight and narrow path regardless even though she'll never be forgiven still meant a lot. It means that she had earnestly repented and wants to try again, it doesn't mean she didn't do every crime she ever did or that none of it counted like you think it means.

It also had a story with a lot of lore stuff which clarified things about Alaya.

If you stun Ibaraki on the turn when she has her NP charged, then you can have Jeanne block both the left hand's and Ibaraki's NP in a single turn and the right hand's stun won't be a problem because it'll have already disappeared.
Is it that hard to understand?

This is useless as fuck. Jeanne's stun affects all Servants (and the only gendered non-Servants are worthless mooks), has a higher chance of success, (70-120% vs 050-80%), and lower cooldown. (8-6 vs 9-7).
Change Alluring Nightingale to EX and make it a clone of God's Resolution and she'll be a decent 8.
Then buff her Charisma so it does something else. Jeanne Alter and Shuten Douji both have the equivalent of Charisma A with an extra effect tacked on so at least that much is necessary. Give it an extra 10% buff to males or something.
Then give her NP an Interlude so it does a bit more damage. That should bump her up to 9.0.

Everything is so expensive in the store in this event for no good reason.
I get it's really long and all but I didn't roll any drop CE to spam 1 or 2 BP full of drop CEs and it's just super grindy if you didn't get them.

You have no stun other than Jeanne stun? No waver NP? No plug suit stun? No scatach NP?
3rd turn: hand stuns Jeanne.
4th turn: Ibaraki charges her NP. Jeanne is stunned. You stun Ibaraki with something else.
5th turn: Ibaraki and the other hand both have their NP charged. Jeanne isn't stunned anymore. You use her NP and block both of theirs.
