I farm 2BP extremely reliably with Waver and Karna plus a Scathach/Jalter/Jack support with the default uniform.
The first wave I try to build as much NP as possible. Then on the second wave, Waver's shield immediately goes up and I build more NP until I'm able to fire off all 3 NPs at once (this takes 2/3 turns), with as many buffs as possible on Scat's last NP. This usually kills Ibaraki, or leaves her with a couple ten thousand HP that's easily finished.

300 runs is how many you need to get all the rewards for the ladder at 2BP (1million DP)
300 runs of 2 BP is 600 BP is 600 hours
The event has 369 hours total, so 369BP
This is assuming you never miss a single BP from sleeping or working.
You get 3 gold riceballs from the ladder. (+18 hours)
You gt 16 normal riceballs from the ladder (+16 hours)
You get 3 normal riceballs from the resetting quests (+3 hours) most likely 7 times total (+21 hours) and for now, I am operating under the assumption that this is the case so the calculation makes sense.
That is a total of 369+18+16+21 hours or 424 hours, meaning you are 176 hours short
176 hours divided by quartz are 29.3 quartz or 30 quartz basically
So to get everything as a F2P that is stuck with 2BP and cannot do 3BP at all you basically need to spend 30 quartz to get to 300 million.
For reference, you would get to 212 million without quartz
