The anime ones are on the MP. The ones you see most people using are the Kemono and Avatar 2.0, both made by Utilizator. They're both cheap and easy to customize, hence their popularity. The Kemono can be used as a furry or human avatar and has very anime-esque proportions, while the 2.0 has a slightly more realistic shape (meaning aside from aesthetic preferences, it's also compatible with more clothes, though you should still always try the product demos to make sure.)
