Depends, default Igni is great for use as a stun whereas firestream takes a little time to kick up and likely will just get you hit (which cancels it) before you can start doing chip damage.
Unless you like glory kills by finishing people off via burning them to death you're better off relying on the default for stuns which let you get free hits in.

So I'm trying to do the Moreau lab quest, and after watching the megascope entries, Geralt is now stuck like this, acting like he's holding something in that left hand, and the game won't let me jump so I can't get through the hole I'm supposed to go through to find the centipede egg

Does the "Make gear be treated as light" runecraft lower it's damage absorption? Or does it just effect talents and stam regen? I'm planning on using Ursine gear runecrafted to light with the cat school talent

The sound lures them, though all bombs that make lots of sound do. Grapeshot does, for example, but I'm pretty sure Northern Wind didn't. I guess the Samum is just a random bomb stuck there for some reason.
