Depends on how picky you are, don't expect to do much better but 1 SSR in like every 15ish rolls. I don't know the actual math but I think that's what my experience was like.
If you're just looking for something good to start with, it's not awful. The nature of the game means there's a lot of viable albeit not optimal stuff. If you're aiming for something, good luck.

Assuming you have guild meter
Switch to Pheobe turn 1. Wait 2 turns for switch to come off CD. Then use one of the other buff skills, usually the triple attack one, everyone goes to sleep. Then use one of the Morphe buffs, usually the weakness damage one, everyone wakes up. Rinse and repeat. Just make sure you don't have them ougi in the middle of a chain, or else everyone goes to sleep and you will be sad.

Is it even worth going for the 200 raid trophy? I have enough pots and berries, and the crystals from it and token draws are appealing, but I'm pretty sure just doing magnas would be a better use of my time.

I built my team around naru going doraf dark with max axes and she can spike for big numbers if you work it right but only during OD.
Its really tedious and can be inconsistent too in a race since you need to be on the right stance + have your skills cooled down + have your damage buffs up + not be dead + the boss needs to be in OD. But if you can pull it off you get to see big numbers. like nearly 2m damage auto attacks with super star double attack boost for 4m (on a light boss of course)
I dont have a team optimized for vira but every says she's better in the long run fight and I can see it being a thing. Oneechan hits hard but has just average damage if you dont want to switch stances in fear of bieng in the wrong stance so you can't ODA again.

I've checked 50% Druj and 50% Corow with Anat as my main summon (so as not to stack bonuses) and an SR Baha sword and dagger: Druj comes out ahead damage-wise. Even Druj/Druj beats Corow/Druj, and I haven't checked Corow/Corow because the results convinced me not to bother farming her.

She's not so much "bad" as she is "slow".
In "competitive" situations aka MVP racing she has too many fiddly buttons and animations and wait times to deal with to easily win MVP while some other guy pushed one button on DJeanne and auto'd until the raid tore the boss down.
However her strength in more controlled situations cannot be denied.

Ideally ougi in genji stance, but sometimes you wont have the time to switch stances (because overdrive bar is dropping really quickly from other people attacking)
Just make sure you are in kagura stance to pop skill 3 when OD is coming up then swap to genji with skill 1 and ougi.
later on when you find ways to get high double attack or tri attacks you dont really want to ougi with her kagura skill 3 since it just deals too much damage and hits the cap which ends up in wasted damage. If you can auto attack for 1m + 700k (from stance swap buff) x2 (from DA buffs like SS) you can deal heafty damage without having to waste it on ougi.
You can just normally ougi right after your ODA auto attack bursts too for a 4 chain which deals alright damage but you already did 4m damage last turn from narumeia autos so who cares.

Character summons are always dogshit because they give normal modifier and attribute summons are always good (mostly) because they add to a separate modifier that you can only (almost) get from them and being on element against an enemy. Oh also buncle/petra buffs also add to this modifier.
