It's an Assassin that doesn't give a fuck if the enemy is on break/OD/pissing around. That doesn't consume the mark. With no negative effects on him whatsoever.
Mark seems to never fail too and has unlimited uptime on a 5t cooldown.
So he's doing SSR tier damage every turn with every 8 turns an assassin.

The other problem with HP is that per point, Cygames actually values HP more than Attack.
It's why shit like the Tiamat gun has 161 HP but 2.4k attack. Meanwhile the Colossus Cane has 258 HP but only 1.9k Attack.
500 attack means a shit ton more than 90HP to anyone who actually plays this game, but not cygames. LB4 Colossus sticks have 200 less attack than LB3 Tiamat Guns, but only 140 more HP than LB3 TIamat guns.

2. Go through your news and you'll be directed to your mail
3. pick up yuri and xp books
4. level yuri with xp books
5. start quest put on auto and wait until you hear the rewards page
repeat step 5 until 30 or 40 or 50 depends. Level depends if the collab will be a rerun or a rerun+new event like street fighter.
I don't think there will be a new event though since Sophia and Milla have already been added. Unless the new portion of the event adds the other three literal who's dudes.

The setup I run is a 4chain on first attack outside of AT using the Ogre EX skill Pandemonium > Riruru 2 > Altair 3. Because of Altair's passive, he's the only one that will hit 90 ougi to make a 4chain possible. HL gun would be ideal for max damage but is not required if you are just looking to quickly mvp pubs.
