Reworked Aghanim's Scepter:
Adds a secondary Spellsteal option, called Itemsteal. Rubick will steal the active component of the last item used by the target hero. Using Itemsteal will replace any stolen spell Rubick has currently memorized, and using Spellsteal will replace any currently memorized item active. Casting Itemsteal on the same hero will reset the stolen item's active component's cooldown if they did not use another active since (works like Spellsteal). Iteamsteal memorization lasts 60 seconds.
Cooldown is 4 seconds for both Spellsteal and Itemsteal. Using one does not put the other on cooldown.
