Now she sure will be delayed for a few days at least, but honestly is it that bad? Capcom is not doing anything wrong though, the release schedule they showed was just a plan, if you read it again you'll notice that they mention dates could be changed in order to guarantee content is released properly.

Baring in mind Capcom have banned Team YouPorn from competing, I don't think they'd be happy to give Noel Brown screen time to dickride top players on Pro Tour events.
