I wouldn't recommend putting Orochi on Isis. I personally would prefer to just run Orochi and sub Isis in for specific runs.
Sumire is not a bad sub, even without her JP upgrade. Just inherit a better skill on her. Two time extends is extremely useful, since going from 7 to 8 combos is harder than you might think, and to make up for Scheat lack thereof.
I would put her above Summer Urd or Sarasvati at least.

Dual Luci leads = 2 SBR, 6 Rows
A Pandora = 1 SBR, 3 Rows
A Loki = 2 SBR, 2 Rows
This alone gives you the 10 minimum rows and full SBR.
The YomiDra is nice but not actually *MUST HAVE*. It's a stat stick, has no rows, and is unbindable, but it's generally used to help work with Haku since they're both haste engines. In your case, I'd probably save the MP for now since you have no Haku, and run DKali as your unbindable. Her CD is lower than YomiDra, so she's the ideal target to inherit an Isis or whatever other low CD bind cleric you have. For the last slot, I'd probably run Lu Bu, just for the rows/beefy stats. Not a terrible panic button either.

Isis and Amaterasu are two of the best bind clear subs in the game. Isis is a staple on most rainbow teams as she covers two traditionally weak colors. Ganesha is a good weekend dungeon gold farmer. You didn't get any Godfest exclusives but these are rather good rolls.
