I think an easy solution to the Talt problem would be to make some kind of Guild Tower Gift Shop.
Donating talt already gives you a points ranking on the guild list, but that's it. Not every guild is lucky enough to have a Templar that routinely looks at the list and gives out lap pillow compensation.
So why not let donators exchange those points for unique costumes from the guild tower? Two hundred points could get you some ribbons to choose from. Maybe even some unique costumes like guild tabards. Two thousand points gets you a special gesture for couples, or a different sitting animation!

I was able to confirm today that the cooldown periods after wars end are counting towards 3 war limit. That means that if you wardec 3 guilds today, 7days from now they'll all end, and you'll have to wait an entire week without wars before you can declare more.
They fucked us over really hard with this latest patch. Neutrality was bad, but if the war limit stays in place the way it is now, there isn't much hope left for field PK wars.

No, the actual issue is that shiny mobs ALWAYS drop the same set of items, or close enough to. If a mob drops some particular recipe and some material when it's shiny, it'll ALWAYS drop those, and only those. It's not the same as rolling as though you killed 100 enemies, it just gives you exactly 100x the Silver of the enemy you killed and a predetermined set of drops.
So it's not BAD for Silver if you can grind enough to offset the investment cost, but it's fucking horrible if you're thinking you're going to farm some amazing drops with Shiny mobs every half-hour. They'll always drop the same things and nothing else.
Although there are a FEW skills which help out with farming specific drops - every few minutes you basically get 2 extra tries at a drop, which is great for stuff like Vubbe Blood which has low mob density.
I feel bad for all the Oracles who invested an entire class circle and 6m gold in the hopes that they'd be getting tons of Mithril and shit and ended up with nothing more than a pretty good source of Silver and the equivalent of 2 more mobs every 3 minutes.

The problem will be ground bosses, you'll only have multishot and rush dog to deal with them.
It's ok at low levels since everything dies fast anyways but it'll probably be troublesome at higher levels since rush dog scales like shit.
