His V-skill is too slow too, I swear Hard Hits used to be Crush Counter hits because there's no reason why every other character with an offense V-skill gets meter on use, hit or block besides him. The only moves that give V-Meter after V-Skill are Hard Hit f.HP, HK, and c.HK. This feels like such an oversight especially when Guile gets V-Meter from blocked Sonic Crosses.
He can definitely mount comebacks easier than most due to his v-trigger and he does insane stun.

Pick any aspect of his play really. He does optimal combos no one else does. He uses setups no one other than maybe Nemo does. His understanding of vega's frame trap/ pressure game is better than everyone else's. He understands when to be in which stance better than any other player. etc, etc.
