I'm fairly confident about the changes made, given or minus half a grade. The only frame I'm unsure of is Mag. I've tested her pretty extensively (Polarize and Magnetize) and the C grade reflects my thoughts on her. But people say she's OP now, so who the fuck knows.
One guy posted a pic of his Mag+Banshee going 2 hours in T4 survival, but I don't place too much value in builds that require Banshee, and in any case the guide doesn't grade based on 2h voids.

The only frame I'm unsure about is Mag. I've tried the so-called "CP build" and it's garbage.
The only Mag build I'm curious about is the 2h-survival one by that one guy, but even then I highly doubt it'll work without Banshee. Given all of my testing, I've been unable to make Mag work.
I have seen zero evidence of Mag doing well and have no reason to believe a good mag build/playstyle exists outside of the 2h one.

CC is an important part of the set up. The sonar is also vital. Gas weapons (as we used Torid and Ignis) always hit the weak spot. My Torid was corrosive and blast. His Ignis was fire and viral. Status builds (80+%).
Find yourself a good one way in no way out hidey hole with a corner at the choke point.
He spams the Ignis and sonar constantly to cause virals and burning, this makes fast moving units get "stunned" and sucked into the magnetize. I spam my Torid which knocks them down.
While they're being sucked into the center, the gas from our weapons is bouncing around in the magnetize, low units die on touch, heavies die at the center in <5 ticks.
His viral halves their health, my corrosive very quickly stacks and removes all their armor.
For safety we spawned a Loka ancient and Clem (more for commentary).
Be sure to cast magnetize again before the first one dies, as it sucks in all damage and prevents anything reaching you. Anything within 30 meters of the first one collapsing is dead (or probably pretty close).
Only way we would improve this build is Equinox and ash. Equinox for more power str on sonar, and ash for shared invis so it's an easy escape (this is the only hard part of going 2 hours).

The thing is, even knowing that Mag can be good with the right setup doesn't change her grade. The frame guide grades on general play and doesn't take into account highly specific scenarios requiring exact frames. As further examples, there's videos of 85 wave T4 defense with Zephyr giving the entire team exploding Tonkors, and super-long camping Survival runs with Volt to boost EB damage, yet Zephyr and Volt are both given low grades. It's impossible to take into account every single good combination of frames and weapons, so the guide just grades based on general guidelines. For the vast majority of content (and I believe for most players), that's good enough.

Alright so I am a newbie trying to do this Twin vipers pluto survival alert as Frost.
Got to around 10 min left and game randomly failed for no real reason (?).
Also for pub survival as frost should I be dropping my bubbles and keeping them up on choke points like around the life support? I notice most of the pubs were meleeing and not sure if it was because bubble was fucking with their LoS or what. Every split up and kept getting downed from Hyenas and a shit ton of waves too.

Long term survival is one of the most important aspects of the game.
Capture, sabotage, exterminate, assassination, hijack, spy, rescue, mobile defense - none of these missions ultimately matter. You can take whatever you want and win them. Things can make them easier but ultimately aren't necessary frame set ups.
Endless missions that require highly specialized set ups are the core content currently. Survival, defense, excavation, interception.
Interception and excavation can be endlessly cheesed in solo quite easily, made even easier in groups.
Defense is by far harder than survival when comparing endlessly because you cannot funnel down things quite as easily, as you have to work with whatever tile you get, and in the void that's wide open.
TL;DR - that guide doesn't helps shitters, it just keeps them in shitter zone.

The guide doesn't grade based on extremely long runs for the simple reason the vast majority of players don't do it. Even compared to the number of players that regularly run sorties, very few of them do long runs simply because there's almost no reward for doing so and it's very, very boring.
The guide actually does grade on endless sorties/~1h voids and ignore trivial missions for the reasons you describe. It focuses primarily on sorties because that's the closest we have to endgame and lots of players run it.
I actually think Survival is by far the easiest Endless mission. Valk can solo it for hours and Ivara can cheese it endlessly.

And this is the problem. We have people that have relegated the current answer of end game for sorties. Sorties have been cut down 2x to be made easier for shitters. Remember when defense was 20 waves, excavation was 1500? Even then they were easy.
The core issue is that DE has no vision for their end game. Sortie is not it at all. The other issue is that DE cannot play their own game. Now I'm not asking them to be as good as their players, no dev should be. However they should look at the truly good players and understand why they're good. They let the shitter majority of the game make the decisions. Do your best to educate people. The more people that are better at the game, the less shitters you have, the better chance you have of people knowledgeably fighting back against DEs shit. I've seen far too many games get taken over and ruined by shitters and devs who pander to said shitters. I don't want warframe to become one of them.

Who knows. Warframe is a number game, nerfs never make it more difficult they just change the dynamic. What people really want is an overhaul to make the game more skill based. That said, what comes of warframe will come. DE has made it this far by fluke or by accident. They might ruin things one by one but I don't think it will ever take away from the core of game being a mindless shooter that we play forfun.
I have no hope or faith in them doing damage / scaling 3.0 right. However they need to come at the same time or with scaling done first.
Once end game is decided they need to cap enemy scaling and then tone back weapons and frames to where that cap is. I would only look forward to the changes if it was implemented like this. However it's in their hands what happens. Fear the worst, hope for the best.

At the level where 43% DR is "useful" (read: nice to have) you can survive without it and use something more useful instead. At the level where 99% DR was actually necessary (enemies with hitscan full auto weapons oneshotting you), 43% DR is completely useless.
So I finally got Synoid Simulor, now is multishot effective on it, even if I used the original simulor I couldn't really tell also I never forma or potato'd it.

I paired with a group of shitters, a Valkyr and 2 rhinos. As saryn I did 60% of team damage and I only used my gammacor and abilities. Those rockets / explosions / rail gun shots are indeed BS but it's really not that hard. It's plus or minus the "difficulty" of an eximus survival sortie 3. The issue is that it's available to everyone and everyone is shit.
