It has been the opinion of myself and all non-trash bros that Tinker has been the worst hero since 2008. Buffed, nerfed, occasionally bugged to deal double damage on abilities and he has STILL never broken 45% winrate at ANY level of play in ANY patch.
His playrate changes, but as a game loser, he just loses the games he is played in. Granted, winning against or with a Tinker feels like pulling teeth, but he WILL lose the game if it comes down to him to carry it.

Tinker cannot damage towers. He self disables himself, through BKB, to do the damage other carries do effortlessly with similar farm. He has trouble bursting single heroes after 20 minutes.

Guys in the mechanics tutorial it said about clicking on some book that would give build examples and explain why to buy something or level something and how the hero works but when I do there is only the Valve thing and that doesnt say jack shit. I thought the game was supposed to have some player written guides in-game or something did they get rid of that or am I just doing something wrong? Basically is there a way to read up on every hero and their skill level up order or reasoning and same for buying items from starter to early to late etc. and the role of the hero and how it is best played?
