This week's reset we didnt touch MC till today (sat) and we 1 shot ony. Pox had 32+ onyxia wipes, and spent 40hrs+ in MC. we are currently 2.5h in MC and at rag waiting for buffs. They also used their ony head and wiped on ony. they also raid when server is lag free. we are good enough to do it during prime time with the worst of lag.
We want pox to do well. Pox has like 10-15 great players but many of their members are getting carried.

Just because they have cleared MC doesn't mean they are done.
A boss on average drops 3 items per kill. How many bosses does MC have? Yeah, that's alot of runs and alot of time to gear up for 40 people. Now factor in duplicate items.
And honestly, MC and Onyxia + Kazzak and Azuregos as well aren't really up to par with AQ or Naxx.
MC + Onyxia is the equivalent of LFR

Dont expect the content to be very hard, just take alot of time to farm stuff to get it done.
Retail mythic raiding is miles harder and more complex than any vanilla raid will ever be, but that still means jackshit since people have improved alot over 12 years and they still clear content incomparably faster.
Only difference that in retail only meaningful content is mythic raiding, on vanilla theres other things to do.

Is this the k2 ally guild? It kind of depends on the guild, since it's POSSIBLE to have a subpar dps ret, especially for MC. And if the guild is chill enough, etc etc.
Ret can do "decent" dps later on, crutching hard on consumables, but still obviously nowhere near a real dps spec. And generally still taking up a spot that could be better used by someone else (or simply going holy).
The reason i ask if it's the k2 /vg/ guild is because you niggers are wannabe tryhards and it wouldn't fucking matter if you let a ret raid, chances are high the guild breaks up before raiding anyhow.
Other than those obvious things, however, those paladins are delusional. Doesn't kronos have cheaper respec anyhow? So they can raid holy, collect gear and still reckbomb nigs in wpvp.

Druids don't need dps gear desu. Druids already have huge base damage on their abilities.
For leveling you really are just better off going for a balanced mix of Int > Sta > Str and play as a healer for dungeons.

Open with either garrote and 5point evis to blow up the mob or cheap shot 4/5point rupture and melt the mob down. Only down side is you can't cleave shit with blade flurry but at least it isn't SS SS SND SS SS for 60 levels ;^)
