Most of the time, it's a raw numbers thing. There's some extra factors thrown in for very specific scenarios (Mercy ults + a kill or two will usually net her a PotG and there's special notifications that are onscreen briefly when the PotG is because the player shutdown a play or saved someone's life) but usually it's just killing a bunch of people in the shortest amount of time.

What I do with Winston is usually try to lead as many people as possible away from my team rather than attracting their attention during a fight
I know my DPS is garbage for anything over 200hp and generally avoid getting into fights where I'm outnumbered since I can be focused down pretty easy
It's fun as hell to eat Widowmakers and Hanzo's though

Is D.Va a decent hero for any game or just specific modes? I got all this cool stuff for her that i like and she's pretty fun, but i have no idea how to make her work against half decent opponents. I know she's suppose to be good at bum rushing snipers and eating some ultimates, but a lot of times it's hard getting around to do those things. Her ult is pretty nice when your team actually does something with it though.
Do the assault maps need fixing?
Has anyone noticed a slight delay between when you see your shot hit and when the hit is confirmed by the game?

So since D.Va seems to be the focus here, anybody care to help me figure her out? I've got a pretty good feel for most characters' "thing", what they do best, where they should be on a team, but not her. Her jet doesn't pin like Reinhardt's, her Defense Matrix doesn't last long, and her damage dropoff is huge. She kind of feels like a jack of all trades, master of none.
