You need to stay up until you can wake up every day at 6 am like me. I used to have a bunch of problems sleeping but that's because I always ate food late, drank or took caffeine at noon or after, and thought that staying up all night is fine. But in reality, it fucks with your hormones and some other shit that I would be too lazy to research and have to cite. I feel a lot better after not being up all night. Putting the effort to stick to a good sleep schedule is worth it.
