Download the updated submarines from undertowgames.com, use only the ones with medical supplies added, if you really want more you can use the older ones but I wouldnt.
Random submarines, Manual mode (set to mission). Auto restart. Traitors to maybe or no. If you want to admin 24/7 set it to maybe.
