Viper is good on Wugushi for the fact that wugushi attacks don't crit. So physical damage < elemetal damage.
Where elemental damage is usually balanced around the fact that they do not get amplified by crit.

It's usually not good at early levels
But the higher level you go that +1% per attribute starts adding up.
At level 100 you'd want at least 25 lvls of your main damaging skill.

Ive got all zones explored sub 260 zones.
I could do some monster kill achievements, i stopped doing them around 240 when they started getting inconvenient.
