his LS is would be great if he had prongs instead of rows, but as it is you only get the full 3.75 for linking 4 orbs, so you need at least 10 to actually do any damage.
He's only good as a sub if either a) you need a poison active or b) you have full SBR with the rest of your team and literally nothing else with rows.
