Last summer I reached the 1 week tier comp cooldowns, It lasted me till like November, in Summer, I'd get kicked (I was a Silver at the Time) for not being Russian or winning a 4v1, throwing matches because I was stoned/drunk or not caring, and often it would be teamkilling (accidental or not, often it wasn't, 12 year olds get really mad if they get killed midway through a round than if they get killed at the start)
Then after Summer, I started working, got a cooldown once for forgetting that work starts in like 20 minutes so I had to quit the match, take the week Cooldown but I managed to make it in on time (and think about how I should go on welfare instead of work), only got out of the habit around November because I was tired of the 1 week cooldowns, made sure to only play after school/work, made sure to play with friends rather than solo-queue and keep teamkilling at a minimal.
Now I'm at 30 minutes since then and I haven't ever been on a cooldown more than once a week at MOST (accidental teamkills often)
