Localisation is a hard thing to crack might need HPM or UhHMM to help you out but from what i gather localisation doesn't actually change anything its literally just the words that show on screen.
So i reckon just leave it famalam as long as the actual files are there to tell the game what to do you should be good with just clicking the button

How to get rich quick, the smart way:
