nigger, please. Tracer is not OP. She actually kind of sucks. Her only strong point is that she is really good at chasing a nub down. She has practically no health, and if you turn around and fight her in a 1v1, it's almost certain you can beat her back because her damage is absolute shit overall without her pulse bomb. Yeah, she has a really nice escape, and it can be made better with healing recall, but it's still not the end-all/be-all. She is still squishy as all fuck, even with an oh shit button.
That being said, I've been playing her quite a bit lately and I'm still not even sure I like her as a hero. Her abilities are goofy. Blink more often than not is a liability if you're not using it to run away. Her big primary combo is cool when it works, but it's hard to pull off in a group fight without getting face raped.
Eh, it's pretty simple really. Play as a team like you should be and Tracer is hardly a problem. Get killed by Tracer, and it's more or less because you lost the team fight and were trying to run away, in which case you'd be fucked anyway most of the time.

With complete morons I regularly get between 10-20 kills 20-30 assists and no or maybe 1 death with Tracer. If I face off against a team that has their shit together cut those stats in half and add in another death maybe.

I personally don't feel Tracer is broken, but with such a high winrate in Masters, it is pretty hard to believe that.
If in a few weeks, she hasn't budged because there genuinely is no counterplay, then I'll have to concede to her getting nerfed. It may be that it just a hero you have to address differently than other heroes. That's the hope at least.

Well I mean that webm in particular doesn't have much going on in it. I was just chain drinking on cooldown while the retarded tracer didn't realize she couldn't break my shield. A less skilled player might not have stopped drinking to do the bit of damage I did (auto, WE), but it doesn't make too big of a difference. She was dead either way.

Well there's a LOT to go over, a lot of which I can't even put into words until it matters. Lots of little optimizations that come together to make you able to do stupid shit like webm related. Few heroes can dive a fort against 3 heroes at such low health and get away alive.

Drink if you're being focused. No need to drink if a zagara is autoing you and there's a low health squishy that you could be killing instead.

Not massively, but you should definitely be trying to grab them whenever you can.

Grounding brew at 1 against high ability damage and low interrupts (Li Ming, Jaina). Swift reflexes at 4 against ample aa damage. Ult is situational/preference. 13 you get relentless if you need it and touch of honey if you don't. 20 is hardened shield unless you're super ahead.

Not innately. You should be trying to play around stuns and dodge them/wait them out before you start doing anything interruptible. Movespeed from BB helps a lot with this.
