No matter its range/duration/mana cost its still too expensive for the heroes its designed for.
Supports and offlaners still cant afford it or need something better thats needed for their heroes. Carries and mids still dont want to be stuck with a halberd at 6 slots.

That game was hilarious. C9 were obviously the better team, and had a massive advantage, but they failed to finish things quickly against a better lategame lineup, and at that point no amount of outplay could win them the game.
