Godrays is on medium.
I have the highest DoF setting and SSAO setting enabled, on a huge resolution. That might be why it looks so good to some people, I went to a friends house and looked at one of my pictures on his monitor, and it definitely did seem different to me, so I think its the resolution.
But I use no graphics mods, in fact, I use a mod that dynamically changes shadows to boost FPS, and most settings are actually on medium to high, with textures on Ultra, HBAO, and highest DoF.
